Funny how you go from feeling like that Jillian is literally going to kill you to all kinds of strong and fit overnight, right? I did not lose a ton of weight in the first 30 days, but I lost inches and wow do I notice a difference in how clothes fit and how my body looks/feels. I took one day off for day 31 and started another 30 days last Thursday, so I am now 8 workouts into the second 30 days.
