Our first dance

Did you all know Mike can shake his groove thang?!! Haha! No seriosuly...he can dance. I actually met him for the first time at a club in Chicago called the Smart Bar. They play a lot of trance, break beat, drum and bass and house music. His style of dance isn't the normal 'bump and grind'...he has more of a Raver style.. I love watching him dance, and it's one of the things that made me fall in love with him.

We've been talking a lot about our first dance. At first, we wanted to take dance lessons to learn how to do the waltz. However, that seems BORING to us! So, we have become addicted to YouTube. And we've been watching a lot of 'funny' first dances. And we really want to do something different....but I'm on the shyer side. So, we are going to try and work something out. I think it will be really fun! We still want to take dance lessons...maybe learn swing, the fox trot, etc. We don't want to be a boring bride and groom and just dance in one spot. I guess that is something to look forward to on our wedding day......watching us make a fool out of ourselves!! Haha!!!

Talk about us being similar...only I kicked it up a notch...I applied us to be on Rock The Reception on TLC! haha! Check it out on their website, it's the same thing! I'm sure we won't get picked though, I hope we do! Don't tell anyone, it's supposed to be a suprise if we DO get picked! Too funny...great minds think a lot!
