Week 9: weigh in

I skipped week 8 for no apparent reason..I just forgot.

I'm still at a 17lb loss. But I'm not complaining! I have lost a few more inches around my tummy and my arms. And it's all thanks to 30 Day Shred! This program really works. My legs are getting so butt is starting to look amazing. And my old tighter clothes are beginning to feel so much more comfortable.

I'm on week 2 of 30 Day Shred and started level 2 on Sunday. I don't feel like I'm dying anymore. I feel great after each workout!

I really recommend this workout to anyone who wants to tone up or loose some weight. It's extremely affective. It's all thanks to Cyd from The Sweetest Occasion!!

I'm hoping to reach 20lbs by next week....!

I am SO excited for you! Seriously. I'm just all smiles. Funny how you go from feeling like that Jillian is literally going to kill you to all kinds of strong and fit overnight, right? I did not lose a ton of weight in the first 30 days, but I lost inches and wow do I notice a difference in how clothes fit and how my body looks/feels. I took one day off for day 31 and started another 30 days last Thursday, so I am now 8 workouts into the second 30 days. I'm hoping to keep it up like that for as long as I can...30 days on, 1 day off, 30 days on.

What have you been doing as far as food and diet to go with it?
